A living witness to relentless pursuit, rebirth and resilience, Janelle was adopted at two years old and moved to Atlanta, GA in her early teenage years. Surviving and shining  through a number of seasons and storms, including trauma, loss, addiction and heartbreak, she overcame the odds.
